The Karoo is well-known for its excellent lamb and we support local farmers through the butcheries we purchase from. We also have a herb garden and vegetable garden on the reserve, as well as our own regeneratively-farmed lamb and beef.

Each lodge has its own indoor and outdoor dining areas where meals are served: from a dining room with fireplace to a traditional outdoor boma with firepit. Meal service is relaxed, with various seating options available, from dedicated tables to communal eating and private dining.
